The world’s largest aluminum profiles producer closed its 720,000-square-foot aluminum-extrusion manufacturing plant in 2009. Located on a 70-acre parcel, the site was scheduled for future reutilization.

More than 98 percent of all materials generated from various demolition activities were recycled.
